Use our Contact Us page to get in touch. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address (Europe or Hong Kong based on your order origin) and any prepaid shipping labels (if applicable).
Repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ensure the item is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection. Keep the tracking number until your refund is processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait to receive the package and then initiate a return following our standard return process.
