How do I place an order? +

How long does a refund take? +

Once we receive your return, it takes 1-2 business days to inspect the item. After approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if I received a damaged or defective item? +
